Amaray Las Olas is designed to inspire with over 26 unique floor plans uniquely suited to your lifestyle. From studios to three-bedroom/three-bathroom layouts, each apartment is thoughtfully designed with an effortless flow between entertainment kitchens and outdoor spaces. Floor- to-ceiling windows allow light to flood in and showcase the best views around with Las Olas below, the ocean beyond, and Miami’s skyline in the distance.

LEASE TERM
12 Months, Shorter Leases available with additional premiums.

APPLICATION FEE
$125 per applicant, non-refundable.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
$350 per apartment, non-refundable after 72 hours of application.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
$1,000 upon application approval. A deposit equal to two months’ rent applies to applicants without Social Security numbers and/or no credit history.

PET POLICY
Cats & dogs welcome, breed restrictions apply $500 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Maximum two pets per apartment.

PARKING
One parking space included for one and two bedroom apartments. Two parking spaces included for Estate and Penthouse Collections.
• Additional, unassigned parking available at $100 per month.
• Private garages, Reserved parking and Reserved Electric Vehicle Station parking available.

STORAGE
64 cages in various sizes are available. Pricing available upon request.

UTILITIES
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Electric must be turned on in the occupants name prior to move-in date.

RENTAL INSURANCE
Proof of renters insurance is required prior to the move-in date.
