After the resounding success of the Icon Brickell Icon South Beach and the Bay Icon building is the latest construction project in pre-launch of this iconic brand in Miami.

Located between 28th and 29th streets NE NE directly on Biscayne Bay, Brickell minutes ago, South Beach, Design District and Midtown.

Designed by Arquitectonica, this 40-story tower will have 300 apartments at seafront.
