Designed by Elkus Manfredi, Paramount will offer a variety of spacious luxury residences. The units have ceiling with 3 meters high from the floor, a private elevator and terraces of 3 or 4:30 meters. The project also includes 16 villas, with about 279 square meters of interior space, private pool and jacuzzi. Above the shopping center, 6 acres of deck facilities will include swimming pools, cutting-edge fitness center, spa, amphitheater and playground for pets. Paramount Worldcenter also have a pool, bar and jacuzzi in a separate facility space, located on the rooftop.
