About Waldorf Astoria Miami
The Waldorf Astoria Miami Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami is a 800,000 sqft ultra-luxury tower, the tallest in Miami at 1,013 sqft above ground, which will feature a branded hotel and residences, as well as the second spa of its kind.
With unobstructed views of the ocean to the east, the Waldorf Astoria is expected to be 100 stories high, being the tallest tower south of Manhattan.
Waldorf Astoria Miami residences will have spectacular views of Biscayne Bay, the Port of Miami, Brickell Avenue, downtown Miami, Key Biscayne and South Beach.
The architectural design of the building is signed by the architecture firm Sieger Suarez and is divided into cubes, the first three cubes for hotel use and from the 4th cube will be residential floors.
All units will be fully finished with the true meaning of luxury and will have 10-foot ceilings (12 feet on the roofs), and most units will have private elevators.
