Built in 2008, Wind was designed by the famous Revuelta Vega Leon Architects and developed by NEO LLC. Wind by Neo is a building part of a project that was led by Neo Epech who pioneered lofts in the downtown Miami area. The building is 41 stories high and has 489 units spread across those floors. The living space in the units are very unique and provide flexibility as the owners’ lives change. Wind is located in the River Front 13.5 acre gated community.
